Michael J Knapp and his wife Amber, were determined to home-school their children, Michael James Knapp, Jr. and Kim Rose. Because of this, they are able to teach their children anywhere, including on the family's recent trip to Hawaii. The children learned about local vegetation and fish and even went on a saltwater fishing trip and caught blue marlin, striped marlin, sailfish and yellowfin tuna. After the trip, Amber, Michael J Knapp and their children came home with a deeper appreciation of the ocean.

It is no secret that Michael James Knapp and his wife Amber are in love. They first met through friends more than 15 years ago and the rest is history. They have been happily married for over ten years and have brought two adorable children, Michael James Knapp, Jr. and Kim Rose, into the world.

Although they wrote their own vows and spoke straight from the heart, so much has happened to Michael J Knapp and Amber throughout the years, both good and bad. The one thing, however, that has remained consistent was their love for one another. With varying schedules, kids, dogs and just life getting in the way, Michael James Knapp and Amber do not get to show their love like they used to. 

One night after the kids were put to sleep, Michael Knapp and Amber were sitting on the couch watching television when he presented her with a box. Surprised, she opened it to find an additional wedding band with the words engraved "forever". Michael J Knapp got down on one knee and asked his loving wife Amber to marry him once again.

The next summer, Michael James Knapp and the family flew to Hawaii, where the wedding vows were taking place. The family enjoyed a few fun-filled days in the sun, playing in the ocean and eating delicious food. The last night, as the sun was setting over the ocean, Michael J Knapp and Amber renewed their vows as their children looked on.
